Inner Canvas Counseling & Coaching
Counseling, Coaching & Expressive Arts

Where Creativity and Healing Meet

Traditional talk therapy and expressive arts therapy, life coaching, and creative community — meeting you where you are, and moving at the speed of trust.

A gentle question

Therapy or coaching?

There's no perfect line between them. A short, warm self-check helps you sense what you need right now — and you don't have to decide alone.

Coaching

Goal-directed change

Build plans and strategies for the growth you're seeking; engage obstacles so you can learn how to address them.

Therapy

Self-reflective healing

Examine your patterns; sometimes confront the past — including traumatic material — to free the present. Talk-based or expressive arts — your choice.

What Makes Inner Canvas Different

A collaborative, multi-modal practice.

Our practitioners offer both traditional talk therapy and expressive-arts-informed care — meeting each person in the language their experience asks for. For clients who want it, we also work with creative writing, visual and metaphorical art, sound and rhythm, embodied movement, and serious play. Our collaborative model widens client access to thoughtful, well-supported care.
